ANNEXURE I

TICKETING DETAILS :
1. Infant Fare will be the applicable IATA Infant fare (No infant discount applicable)
2. Child Fare will be 75% of the applicable adult fare
3. Hotel voucher to be issued by SriLankan Holidays (SLHO) on presentation of both the tickets (min 2) at SLHO office.
4. All sectors must be confirmed prior to issuance of hotel voucher.
5. All tickets have to be marked with the Applicable Product Code in Ticket Designator Box. The ticket designator box to show "0203/03/ISC/APPLICABLE P.CODE".
6. Minimum of 2 Pax must be ticketed and traveling together and tickets to be issued with fixed travel dates. No date change permissible.
7. Tickets must be marked with "NON ENDORSABLE / NON REFUNDABLE / NON REROUTABLE".
8. Booking in wrong class will result in cancellation of PNR and / or debit as per class traveled.
9. All tickets will have the IATA gross fare of the particular sector.

Issuance of the Hotel Vouchers :
TA to collect the hotel voucher from SriLankan Holidays against the payment of USD component and get the endorsement on the ticket - "HOTEL VOUCHER ISSUED" on the presentation of the following

(b) Passport photocopies of all the passengers travelling under package.
(c) Photocopy of BTQ endorsement with proof of purchase.
(d) US dollars (payment for land arrangement Under no circumstances would INR be collected for the package)
